The company provided excellent communication through email with confirmation and instructions which was highly appreciated. When we arrived at Platform D there was an E Transfers rep that was verifying booking confirmations and coordinating passengers. We did wait about 15 or 20 minutes though not due to driver, just due to this 'coordination'. A family that did not have prior reservation began asking questions about booking a van and if they could pay in Euros and they were actually helped before my family was. When we got over to the vans (short walk), our driver was ready and friendly and had been waiting for about 20 minutes for us. We were at the South end of the Hotel Zone so drive was short, maybe 20 minutes. The pickup at the resort was early and friendly again. I'd book with CAT again, felt very professional.
